Green tea


Did you know how many attributes have green tea? This drink lowers blood pressure, calms, cleanses the body, prevents cancer and speeds up the metabolism. Green tea has all the benefits of fresh leaves, because it belongs to varieties of unfermented. Not everyone is convinced of its taste and smell, but it is the healthiest and oldest tea.





You have to use water below 90 degrees so that the brew kept its qualities. Wait 4 minutes after boiling water. Then, infuse the tea for 3 minutes. Green tea can be infused two or three times. The first brew has a stimulating effect, and the second relaxes the body. Well brewed tea is free from bitterness and it have delicate aroma.
