Change the eating habits

Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring. For example I've already ate homemade pizza. It doesn't contain preservatives, it's healthy and low in calories. It's also tastier and cheaper. All you have to do is to knead the dough, make the sauce and use your favorite ingredients.




Many dishes, that we eat every day, isn't healthy, so we should to change some of the ingredients. For example we can use natural spices. It looks and smells nicer too. 





Fresh fruit juice is better than the juice from the carton.





Another rule is: we sholudn't eat in the hurry. I've just read that hunger disappear after 20 minutes after eating. We have to eat at the table instead while watching TV. Then the brain focuses on eating and we don't have to eat between meals. Just eat regularly, five times a day and you won't be hungry.
