Get up and run

Do you know how much fun gives running? When you get up in the morning or after work, alone or with friend. You can always put your shoes on and run. The beginning is hard, but then it gives a lot of satisfaction and a feeling of freedom. It makes you healthy and athletic, but also can be a way to spend free time. While runing you can listen to music or walk the dog (he also needs it).

When I first tried running, I stopped after two days. It was too difficult and tiring. I lay down on the floor as soon as I had got home. After subsequent attempts I have liked it. Don't give up!
