In harmony with nature

A healthy lifestyle is not just about taking care of yourself, but it's also environmental protection and living in harmony with nature. These are simple steps that help in maintaining the health of our planet and its natural resources. For example, you can segregate waste, plant new trees and conserve water. In winter, you should feed the birds, and in the summer pour cold water for a homeless cat. If you apply these rules, they will become routine and you save the planet for future generations
