Healthy living also binds to the well-being. Therefore, you should take care of yourself. It is important to derive joy from everything, even from a walk. If you have a good mood, you have the energy and you're not tired. It affects your health.
Don't deny yourself small pleasures, provided that they're healthy. You can sometimes eat something unhealthy, but I think that if you'll like a healthy lifestyle, you won't need it. You can always make your favorite cookies yourself :)

Homemade cosmetics
Have you ever forgotten to buy hair masks or scrub to the face? Next time, make homemade cosmetic yourself. If you know the proper fruits, vegetables, grains and spices, you can make your own mix. For example, lemon has bleaching properties. You can use it to skin discoloration. Coffee grounds in conjunction with oil and sugar is the perfect body scrub and egg yolk helps in hair care. Homemade cosmetics are organic and hypoallergenic too. They do not contain artificial colors and not irritate the skin.
Ride a bike
A month ago I had a lesson about the benefits of riding a bicycle in the city. A student who visited us, talked about his experiences and gave a presentation. I knew that the bike is better for health than a car, but I had no idea that it is more convenient to move it!

A healthy lifestyle is not just about taking care of yourself, but it's also environmental protection and living in harmony with nature. These are simple steps that help in maintaining the health of our planet and its natural resources. For example, you can segregate waste, plant new trees and conserve water. In winter, you should feed the birds, and in the summer pour cold water for a homeless cat. If you apply these rules, they will become routine and you save the planet for future generations.

Green tea
Did you know how many attributes have green tea? This drink lowers blood pressure, calms, cleanses the body, prevents cancer and speeds up the metabolism. Green tea has all the benefits of fresh leaves, because it belongs to varieties of unfermented. Not everyone is convinced of its taste and smell, but it is the healthiest and oldest tea.
You have to use water below 90 degrees so that the brew kept its qualities. Wait 4 minutes after boiling water. Then, infuse the tea for 3 minutes. Green tea can be infused two or three times. The first brew has a stimulating effect, and the second relaxes the body. Well brewed tea is free from bitterness and it have delicate aroma.

Sleep well
It might seems simple activity. I think everyone likes to sleep, especially when you don't have to get up in the morning. However, it's good to observe a few rules that will allow for healthier sleep. During sleep, the body digests, gaining energy for the day, and in children is growing. Thus it's a very important element of the functioning.
It is important to sleep about eight hours. Do not go to sleep and not get up from the bed too late. If you lie awake, you should drink some warm milk or water and draw the curtains before the bedtime.
It is difficult to get up in the morning after the long weekend too. For the last two weeks I woke up at 12 and I have no idea how to get up at 6 on Tuesday.

Change the eating habits
Healthy eating doesn't have to be boring. For example I've already ate homemade pizza. It doesn't contain preservatives, it's healthy and low in calories. It's also tastier and cheaper. All you have to do is to knead the dough, make the sauce and use your favorite ingredients.
Many dishes, that we eat every day, isn't healthy, so we should to change some of the ingredients. For example we can use natural spices. It looks and smells nicer too.
Another rule is: we sholudn't eat in the hurry. I've just read that hunger disappear after 20 minutes after eating. We have to eat at the table instead while watching TV. Then the brain focuses on eating and we don't have to eat between meals. Just eat regularly, five times a day and you won't be hungry.
